Project Plus uses open Project Tasks, Task budget hours, assignment data and available HubSpot user working-hours information to estimate capacity and utilization.
The page can help identify:
- Overloaded team members
- People approaching capacity
- Availability conflicts
- Unassigned Project Tasks
- Tasks without estimated hours
Capacity is only as accurate as the underlying assignments, working-hours data and Task budget hours. Review those inputs when a utilization result does not match your expectation.
