What do the Project Plus Project record cards do?

Each card focuses on a different part of project delivery.

Project Plus adds focused cards to the native HubSpot Project record.

  • Status: evaluates overall delivery status, explains risk and can optionally synchronize the native HubSpot Project Status.
  • Timeline: shows the Project hierarchy and schedule across parent Tasks and subtasks.
  • Team: summarizes assigned people, workload, availability and scheduling conflicts.
  • Budget: compares planned budget hours with tracked effort.
  • Project Time Tracker: lets users record Project-only time or time against an associated Task.

The cards are intentionally separated so the Project record does not become one large project-management screen. Each card answers a specific delivery question using the same underlying Project and Task data.
