How do I report a Project Template provisioning problem?
Provisioning issues are easiest to diagnose with the exact Project and template context.
If a Project Template does not generate the expected work package, collect the following:
- Project record ID
- Project pipeline
- Project Template value
- Approximate Project creation time
- Template name shown in Project Plus > Templates
- Expected parent Task and subtask counts
- Any Tasks that were created successfully
Do not repeatedly recreate the same Project while troubleshooting unless support asks you to. Project Plus uses provisioning history to prevent duplicate template runs, so repeated tests can make the record history harder to interpret.
