Why can't I find Project Template on the Project create form?

The property must exist and must also be added to the HubSpot create form.

Project Plus creates the Project Template property, but HubSpot does not automatically place new custom properties on a record create form.

Check the following:

  1. Confirm Project Plus is connected and the backend deployment is current.
  2. Open the Projects property settings and search for Project Template.
  3. Look in the Project Plus property group.
  4. Refresh the Project create-form editor if it was already open.
  5. Add Project Template manually to the create form and save.

If the property does not exist at all, open Project Plus > Templates once and refresh the page. If it still does not appear, contact support with the HubSpot portal ID and a screenshot of the Project properties screen.
