Why are Project Plus cards showing incomplete or missing data?

Cards can only summarize data that exists on the Project and its associated Tasks.

Project Plus cards read native HubSpot Project and Task data plus Project Plus budget and time data.

If a card looks incomplete, check the underlying record:

  • Timeline: confirm Tasks are associated with the Project and have dates.
  • Team: confirm Tasks have HubSpot owners.
  • Budget: confirm Project or Task budget hours exist.
  • Status: confirm the Project and Tasks contain enough schedule and delivery information to evaluate.

Projects created from a template usually contain more structure than ad-hoc Projects, so their cards tend to be more complete. Existing Projects can still use the cards, but the output reflects the data available.
