How do I get started with Project Plus?

A short setup path from installation to your first template-driven Project.

Project Plus works on top of HubSpot Projects, so setup starts with your existing Project structure.

  1. Review your Project pipelines. Keep pipelines that represent genuinely different delivery processes.
  2. Add Project Template to the Project create form. Project Plus creates the property, but you control the HubSpot create form.
  3. Open Project Plus > Templates. Review the available pipelines and templates.
  4. Create or clone a template. Add milestones, tasks, subtasks, schedule offsets and budget hours.
  5. Create a test Project. Select the correct pipeline and Project Template.
  6. Review the generated Project. Confirm the Tasks, Timeline, Budget, Team and Status cards match the intended process.

Start with one real delivery process. Once the first template is working, clone it to build related variations without rebuilding every task from scratch.
