How do I create my first Project Plus template?

Build a reusable work package for an existing Project lifecycle.

Open Project Plus > Templates and use the Create new template section.

  1. Enter a clear template name, such as HubSpot Implementation.
  2. Select the Project pipeline that represents the template's lifecycle.
  3. Optionally select a native HubSpot Project Type for classification.
  4. Create the template.
  5. Open the new template and choose Edit.
  6. Add the milestone for each Project stage.
  7. Add parent Tasks and map each Task to a Project stage.
  8. Add subtasks, budget hours, task notes and relative start/due days.
  9. Save the template.

The template will then become an option in the Project Template property and can be selected when new Projects are created.
