How do I let Project Plus update the native HubSpot Project Status?
Status synchronization is controlled from the Project record.
The Project Plus Status card evaluates delivery risk and can optionally update the native HubSpot Project Status.
Use the control labeled Allow Project Plus to update Status on the Status card.
When disabled, Project Plus can still show its assessment and recommendations without changing the HubSpot Status field. When enabled, Project Plus can synchronize the native status based on the Project assessment.
This makes the automation opt-in at the Project level and keeps the native HubSpot Status visible to workflows, views and reporting.
